To secure your reservation with Clove Tours, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. This ensures all accommodation and transport arrangements are confirmed.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.
• We accept payments via bank transfer or secure online credit card payment links.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Refunds will be processed based on the following timeline:

• 30+ Days before arrival: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
• 15 - 29 Days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking value.
• 0 - 14 Days before arrival: No refund applicable.

Clove Tours highly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Your policy should cover:

• Personal injury and medical expenses.
• Repatriation in case of emergency.
• Loss of luggage or personal belongings.
• Cancellation or curtailment of your trip.

Clove Tours acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or delay caused by third-party services.

We are not liable for changes to itineraries caused by "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, flight cancellations, or adverse weather conditions.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to participate in tour activities (e.g., hiking Sigiriya, Safari rides). Please advise us of any dietary requirements or medical conditions at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour if their behavior is deemed detrimental to the safety or enjoyment of the group or local communities.
